I have a decent sized camera collection and always looking to add more to it, since they aren’t all everyday use cameras I’d love to display them. Something like this shelf from Ikea would be amazing, using the cubbies to store them and the top of the shelf too.

Plain lampshades can be made over with some fabric, ribbons, lace, paints, beading, sequence, embroidery thread, anything you can think of to personalize them to fit your space.

I love the eclectic look of a dresser or even a kitchen with nice ceramic or glass handles that don’t exactly match but go well together. A plain color dresser with some of these knobs would be adorable.

What’s nice is you can even take this in other direction, using old glass vases or other things around the house and create a nice lighting piece to add some character to a room.

I love the idea of having a lot of space and storage to organize everything though, and include a little work bench and good lighting. Perfect.

Cutting out little birds from old magazine, papers, gift wraps &etc and posting them to fly up your wall. I really do love this.
I love throw pillows and everytime I go hunting for them they seem to be overpriced and tacky.
They’re a good way to accent cozy areas of a place, and easy to make on your own too. That way you have more of a varity of fabrics to choose from and they actually fit/compliment the space you already have
